TANJ GROUP for general construction and contracts was established in (2008) as an independent company. The main office is located in Erbil, Kurdistan Regional and Iraq, having multiple operating business units and holding following certificates. ISO-9001:2015 (Quality Management System) ISO-45001:2018 (HSE Management System) ISO-14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) Based on the decision of the company to diversify and with a vision to expand the company activity, and become one of the first diverse and multi branched company in the region; in (2012) our company registered with both (Ministry of Trade and Industry) and (Ministry of Natural Recourses) holding the title General Trading and Construction. Since then we have participated and performed numerous construction projects in the Oil and Gas sectors for multiple international companies, and have participated in trading large amount of various kinds of oil products within and outside of the region. In (2013) the company took another approach towards constructing housing complexes as the country was expanding and in need for more complexes. Thus, we have registered with the Investment board of Kurdistan Regional Government and added investment sector to our activities. Then the same year we started our first housing complex project (CHAWDER CITY) which included (200) villas and (ALA CITY) housing and commercial project which included (500) apartments and many commercial offices. Recently KRG (Kurdistan Regional Government) has started to apply new rules, regulations and systems to its most of ministries and directorates, and one of the Ministries which started working on the new system was the Ministry of Interior for Kurdistan Region Visa and Residency affairs. As such, in (2016) we were the very first company to register with the Ministry of Interior and obtain our license and start applying Kurdistan Region Visa and residence affairs for foreigners. Our focus is to work in partnership with our clients, as we have vast experience in numerous fields such as civil engineering where we can offer assistance from the earliest stages of the project. Our experience and devotion enable us to deliver complex projects in any environments and program restrictions. Recently we have signed and completed several contracts with KRG and some international organizations for supplying foodstuffs.
